Verona

We believe in photography as a space of encounter.
A space where the gaze is not just something that observes, but something that connects: with people, with places, with the time we live in.
We are not interested in the image as a surface, but as a presence — a gesture that creates bonds and brings closeness back to the center.
I Love Photography was born from the desire to restore photography to its original role: a shared, living ground where authorial research meets real life and transforms it.
Here, curatorship is not about selection but about listening — choosing what sparks inner movement, what opens possibilities, what welcomes the gaze of others without domesticating it.
We bring to Verona a festival that is not just an exhibition, but an experience.
A place where photographers do not simply “display” their work, but participate in a collective dialogue; and where the audience does not observe as distant spectators, but as engaged witnesses.
For us, contemporaneity is not a style: it is the urgency to tell what demands to be seen now.
This is why we weave together languages, cities, biographies, and educational paths that do not end with the festival days, but continue throughout the year, becoming a community.
Our commitment is to create a festival that does not separate those who “produce” images from those who encounter them, but builds bridges: between authors and audiences, between research and proximity, between culture and territory.
Because photography is not an object to look at — it is a place to inhabit.
