IPFA Members Mentorship Meeting: Mentorship

The IPFA Members Mentorship Meeting: Mentorship is an exclusive space for members focused on building bridges between established festivals and emerging ones. During the meeting, festivals with more than five years of experience will share their knowledge and support those taking their first steps, with the goal of fostering mutual support and shared learning. In addition, the first ideas will be proposed for drafting a practical guide aimed at young festivals, serving as a reference tool in their growth and professionalization processes.
