Biography

Award-winning research artist, internationally recognized cybersecurity technologist, and hacker whose practice encompasses image-making, computing, and conference production. His work examines the aesthetics and politics of surveillance, memory, and sustainability, articulating intersections among technology, visual culture, and critical analysis. He has exhibited, published, and lectured internationally in museums, contemporary photography festivals, and art biennials. Notable exhibitions and platforms include the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize at the National Portrait Gallery in London in 2000, FUTURE(S) at the Belfast Photo Festival in 2021, State of the ART(ist) at the Ars Electronica Festival in 2022, COUNTERPARTS PORTRAITS Hellerau Photography Award at the Museum of Science and Technology in Dresden in 2022, and CHAOS CALM at the Bangkok Art Biennale in 2022.
