Clara Garrido is a self-taught Colombian photographer based in London who uses photography as a means of expressing her love of light and form. Previous projects have taken her to remote and sublime places around the world, and her images invite viewers to question whether they have been transported into alternative worlds. Clara travels alone to discover new settings and, once there, lets her imaginative instinct guide her, giving her work an experimental dimension. Her most recent project, World of Illusion, combines light painting, fashion, photomontage, long exposure and landscape photography.
