Ukraine

Biography

An artistic practice situated between visual arts, graphic design, and urban research, centered on public space, the paradoxes of the city, practices of reuse, the everyday, and the functional transformations of infrastructure. Their work develops through site-specific installations, graphic projects, and exhibition devices, combining a critical and poetic gaze on the built environment with intense curatorial, pedagogical, and cultural mediation work. They trained at the Kyiv Mohyla Academy, in academic drawing and painting, and expanded their studies in international programs in art, design, and urbanism. They are co-founders of a project dedicated to brutalist mass housing in Ukraine. Their work has been presented in institutions, galleries, and international biennials in Europe and the United States. In 2023 they received First Prize at the International Poster Biennale in Warsaw and in 2024 the Gold Prize at the International Poster Triennial in Toyama for the project (Unwanted) Harvest, consolidating a distinguished trajectory in poster design and contemporary art.
