Biography

Visual artist, photographer, and researcher whose practice has developed from an early experimentation with light and analog photography. Trained in design with a specialization in visual communication, his work has been marked by research into photochemical processes and alternative techniques such as gum bichromate, toning, chemigrams, and pyrographs. His practice combines solid experience in advertising photography with a critical reflection on photographic language influenced by contemporary theoretical thought. He also carries out extensive university teaching, leading workshops in design, photography, and graduation projects, while managing a laboratory and photographic studio dedicated to researching alternative and sustainable developing processes. His academic and artistic work is oriented toward expanding analog languages and contributing to photographic practices aligned with principles of sustainability and social responsibility.
