Francesca Marra, photographer and educator, attended the Roman School of Photography and Cinema (2012-2015), specialising in colour correction. Since 2018, she has been president of the Grenze - Arsenali Fotografici International Photography Festival. Marra teaches photography, post-production and historical printing techniques, and has curated exhibitions of established and emerging photographers from around the world. She oversees placements at the Grenze Association for students from IUSVE and the University of Parma, and in 2024/25 she will teach History of Photography and Personal Identity and Experimentation at MUSA Photography. She also teaches at the San Zeno Salesian Institute. A photojournalist since 2015, she collaborates with Artribune, D’ars Magazine, L’Arena and the Ministry of Education. She has exhibited internationally, including in Cuba, Spain and South Africa.
