Irina is a self-taught photographer, filmmaker, and 3D animation and video artist. Her work explores the intersection between calculation and randomness. While mastering traditional techniques gives her satisfaction, she finds even greater joy in introducing something new and seeing where it takes her. Constantly experimenting, Irina combines the structured with the spontaneous, always pushing the boundaries of her art. She continues to work with physical media such as paper, film and chemistry while simultaneously exploring the constructed worlds of computer-generated art.
