Luluwa Lokhandwala

Biography

Luluwa Lokhandwala is a visual artist and designer from Karachi, Pakistan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Design from Habib University (2021), with a minor in Philosophy and Religious Studies. She also completed a diploma in Traditional Arts at the Princes School in London and studied Mughal Architecture and Book Arts at Hast-o-Neest. Luluwa has exhibited her work at the Pakistan Pavilion of the Venice Biennale (2021) and in projects such as Sheherezade: The Walled City Anthology (2019) and Indigo Waves and Other Stories. Her work was recently shown at Savvy Contemporary Gallery in Berlin. She has also participated in the Mai Karachi Cultural Mapping Project and the SELMA Project. She teaches Design at Habib University and Beaconhouse National University.
