Biography
Visual artist born in Buenos Aires and based in Barcelona whose practice explores the links among image, body, and emotion through analog and manual processes such as Polaroid Emulsion Lift, interventions on Polaroids, and double exposures on 35 mm film. She works through imperfection, gesture, and matter, understanding error as an active part of the creative process and as a space where the image ceases to be a record and becomes a sensitive experience. Her main project, Sentiments, arises from the desire to make the fragility and beauty of the emotional visible, using the Emulsion Lift as a metaphor for skin, where folds and cracks function as affective traces. Within this universe is Nacidas para agradar, a mural composed of 252 hand-sewn Polaroids that brings together portraits of women and emotions as a symbolic act of union and freedom, proposing a tactile, vulnerable, and deeply human photography.
