Maria Solaguren-Beascoa Negre, PhD in neuroscience, is an artist whose work bears witness to her passion for photography, nature, and experimentation. She is characterised by her use of old and experimental analogue photographic techniques, such as cyanotype, continuing her research in this field. Her commitment to the environment is central, using tones from natural roots to create a tricolour effect, with a focus on sustainability. Through her works, she seeks to inspire a deeper connection with nature and raise awareness of its fragility. Her projects highlight social injustices from a positive perspective, seeking to generate awareness through beauty. Through her exhibitions, she shares her vision and contributes to awareness of experimentation in contemporary art, celebrating the beauty and diversity of nature while offering a conscious social critique.
