Biography

Visual artist whose practice begins from photography to investigate both the ontology of the photographic medium and the contemporary cultural and political context of Hong Kong. Through processes of re-photography, projection, and digital reconstruction, his work proposes a conceptual framework that examines the intersection of perception, memory, and ideology in the photographic representation of territory. He is currently pursuing a degree in Photography at the University of Westminster in London. His work has been presented in group exhibitions in the United Kingdom, including the Royal Scottish Academy in Edinburgh as part of the Visual Arts Scotland Biennial, Milbank Tower in London, and London Gallery West, as well as other exhibition spaces in London. His practice lies at the intersection of critical research, visual experimentation, and analysis of contemporary photographic language.
